Approval of Warrants:Motion by Councilman Beamer to approve the warrants for payment, seconded by Councilman Best. Vote: 6-0. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes:Motion by Councilman Best to approve minutes from 11/25 meeting, seconded by Councilman Beamer. Vote: 6-0. Motion carried.

Streets & Properties:Councilman Beamer thanked Admin Shock for getting Bucyrus Road Materials here to make a street repair, council discussed pursuing more projects for them.

Zoning Commission:Councilman Stanfield inquired about contacting Bob Schoen to have run down trailers by the Simple Life Diner Restaurant removed.

1st read of ordinance 28 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER SERVICEINSTALLATION AND EXTENSION REGULATIONS
Water & Sewer:Councilman Best and Councilman Beamer met with the City of Willard to discuss draft agreement;a follow up meeting will be scheduled soon.
Clerk Alyssa provided an update on the auto-pay project, we are now testing to ensure process is working. Hoping to launch the capability in the beginning of 2025.
Superintendent Scott provided updates on active projects.

Unfinished, Old Business and New Business:Councilwoman Lenhart provided an update on the Village signage.
Councilman Best made motion to move standing December 26thmeeting to Monday December 23rd.
Councilman Beamer seconded the motion, 6-0 vote, motion carried.
Executive Session:Councilman Best made motion to move into executive session to discuss Personnel, Councilman Beamer seconded the motion. 6-0 vote, motion carried.
Councilman Best made motion to exit executive session Councilman Beamer seconded the motion. 6-0 vote, motion carried.
