Mayor Bryan Shock called the January 17, 2019 Village of Attica Council meeting to order at 7:32PM.

Roll Call: Nate Frisch, George Yakoubian, Justin VanAlstine, Louie Sanders, Ed Treft, and Kirk Stanfield

The Village of Attica Council to pass a Resolution as an Emergency Presented - Resolution 2019-2: The Resolution of necessity on a levy, a tax in excess of the ten mill limitation for providing police protection (an additional levy) and requesting of the auditor of Seneca County, Ohio, certifications under section 5705.03 of the Ohio Revised code, and declaring an emergency.

A motion by Councilman Frisch, seconded by Councilman Yakoubian to suspend the three read rule of Resolution 2019-2 was voted on. Vote: 6-0, Motion Carried

A motion by Councilman Sanders, seconded by Councilman Van Alstine to declare Resolution 2019-2 as an emergency was voted on. Vote: 6-0, Motion Carried

A motion by Councilman Sanders, seconded by Councilman Frisch to adopt Resolution 2019-2 was voted upon. Vote: 6-0, Motion Carried
